Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?

Not at all. Flexibility comes from practising, not before it.

Lots of people put off yoga because they can't touch their toes. That's exactly why you start.

My classes are pitched so you feel challenged while having fun, and there's always a way to make a pose work for your body.

If you'd like to learn the basics first, a private session is a lovely way to build confidence before joining a studio class.
