My yoga classes are always pitched for you to feel challenged while having fun. You can find me in the studio, privately in your home or mine, or running a workshop in my community.

Breathwork is a super power that we all have, used with specific techniques we can take back control of our nervous system giving us energy or calming us down. 

 

Ceremonies and Retreats

Take time for you with a rejuvenating evening ceremony or a whole week retreat. Always with the intention to cultivate self care and personal growth.

What should I wear to a yoga session?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and flexibility. Yoga is typically practised barefoot.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Yes please!

I will provide, blocks, and additional props.

How often should I practise yoga?

The frequency of your yoga practise depends on your goals and schedule. Consistency is key, but listen to your body and practise at a pace that feels right for you.
