I run 200hr Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Flow teacher training and a 40hr Vinyasa Flow training. My trainings are all hosted by Surrey Yoga and Pilates in Shalford, Surrey.

I also offer Mentorships for teachers who have completed a teacher training course but would like more assistance when it comes to the practically of teaching, sequencing, using your voice, managing the room and finding their way into teaching in a studio.  All styles of yoga are welcome.
