Lunar Links is a company that I co-founded with my best friend and fellow yoga teacher Alix Coleman. We host Moon Ceremonies every two weeks for the Full and New Moon. The Full Moon Focuses on releasing and the New Moon focuses on intention setting. When put together and practised monthly you can vastly change the trajectory of your life. Our Moon Ceremonies are always a gathering of women.
