Private Lessons

One to one, or small group sessions can be a great way to either learn the basics while starting your practise, re hone your stills, or simply practise at a time and in a place that works better for you. 

Session can be yoga, breathwork or a combination of both. 

Before we start we will have a chat about your goals for your practise and if you have an injuries that you are working with. From there I will design sessions specifically for you.
