Every Tuesday I run Mum with Baby yoga classes, Yoga is for Mums postnatal care but baby is always welcome to come along too.

I will work with you to support your fitness and head space goals through yoga and breathwork.

I offer tailored session right in your workspace, helping your team cope with the stress through the power of breathwork.

I am always busy teaching fun workshops in both local studios and the community

Through my co-founded company Lunar Links Wellbeing we host Moon Ceremonies and gathering circles. Private events are available.
